Your coach meets with you one-on-one alongside your treatment. Before sessions, you work on preparation and intentions. After sessions, you use the integration window to practice new habits and ways of thinking.
Coaching works alongside the treatment plan from your prescriber — it does not replace it. Your coach can also support the areas that help results last: sleep, diet, exercise, relationship boundaries, stress management, and purpose.
Covered by insurance
Same Team coaching is covered by most major commercial insurance plans, and most patients pay a standard monthly copay, depending on their plan. Coverage for the ketamine treatment itself is separate and depends on your plan and your provider.

Coaching is designed for people who are receiving, or about to start, ketamine or Spravato treatment from a licensed provider. Same Team does not prescribe or administer ketamine.
Is ketamine integration coaching covered by insurance?
Same Team coaching is covered by most major commercial insurance plans. Same Team does not currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, or Tricare. We help you verify your benefits before you enroll.

In Arizona and Colorado, Same Team coaching can be billed to most major commercial insurance plans. Everywhere else, coaching is available at a cash-pay rate.
